This shoot was incredibly painless. It's so refreshing to find someone who is so in-touch with herself in front of the camera. Chelsea is beautiful she's easy to work with. I just bought a couple of Alien Bees 1600 watt strobes and an 800 watt ring light, and I'm impressed with their power and recycle time. It allows me to shoot at f32 at 1/200th sec. Madison
This was a ton of fun! Madison is an excellent model and a great listener. Katrina, Madison and I were shooting in the studio all afternoon. They even made turkey sandwiches and brought them out to the studio with cream soda to drink and blueberry yogurt for desert. A fancy studio picnic. We were shooting in the dark exposing for just a christmas light net stretched across a black velvet curtain. Then I added a large softbox and a strip bank on Madison to keep the light off the background. I think i had to drop the strobe power all the way down for the shutter speed. By dragging the shutter for 1/2 second we could either rotate for the light effects or tilt down for the rainy effects.

Hello!

This is the first Blog for RRP , so it's more like a test for the website. Thank you for taking interest. In the future we will post blogs to document our shoots. Sometimes we will have notes here on how the shoots were planned, shot and lit. Hopefully this will create some sort of community that loves to discuss photography. Talk to you all soon.
